I bought a new full size mattress and wanted to protect it from dust mites and possible spills. I have bought this protector before, and loved it! It is easier to install if you have two people doing it, but can be done by just one person. I find it's easier to lay it on the mattress zipped up then unzip it and slide to the top of the mattress sliding half under the mattress while sliding the other half over the top of the mattress pull the lower half, under the mattress gently, while simultaneously gently pulling the top half then zip up and adjust as needed. There is a waterproof, terry cloth top and the rest is a durable material. It is very quiet when moving when trying to sleep. Some reviews state there was an odor upon opening the package. Neither of the covers we have purchased had any odor. However, if you do have an odor the cover is washable and dryable (low heat). It takes a while to dry though, but be patient. The zipper is tucked and hidden so it won't snag on anything. I definitely recommend this mattress protector

The mattress encasement is exactly as described. The quality is very good. We saw no issues with the zipper, it was solid and zipped up with ease. The cover makes no noise. We have not noticed it at all with the sheets on. I'm very sensitive to wrinkles, lumps in the bed and heat. No issues with these concerns. We did follow the advice from another review and used our vacuum to suck the air out. If fits super snug, no wrinkles, no extra fabric. We ordered King 12". The fit was perfect! We had no issue getting the cover on and we have a foam Casper mattress which is very heavy. The way the cover opens 3/4 on both sides made it easy to slip on from the top and work it to the bottom, we were two one on either side. It took all of about 10 minutes. We have not washed it yet so will up date if there are any issues with quality after its washed. I agree with the review that said buy it, don't worry its the best on the market. Very happy with our purchase 100% recommended.

Its hard to find beddings for california king beds. This product is good quality. It is also soft and fit our bed nicely.

Love it, love it, love it! For a person who has suffered with allergies for years, it was AMAZING to get into bed and not be itchy all over. My sinuses didn't clog up once all night. Your cover fit my California King mattress perfectly. My mattress is only 12 inches deep, but it would easily have installed on a 15 inch deep mattress. It was so airtight I had to burp the cover after the first night. It was reasonably priced, and shipped promptly with tracking. Thank you for a quality product!
