By far the best probiotic I've ever taken. A lot of different brands left me feeling weighed down and lethargic, but there's just something different about the SBO's. I have been taking these for over a year and have noticed a huge difference in my immune function, less bloat, less gas, and better energy overall. I noticed a boost to my energy immediately after my first dose.There's so much evidence these days about poor gut health causing all kinds of problems in our lives - autoimmune diseases, diabetes, intense sugar cravings, bloat, stomach pain, constipation, inflammation in the body, etc. - that we should take gut health very seriously. I was not sure what to think of these when I first started taking them. Then I ran out and tried a different probiotic. They were not as good. I could tell enough of a difference that I purchased them again. These really do help. I will continue to buy them. I only take one right now and if I need it will take a second. I eat fairly healthy. I do not eat junk food.

I’ve been taking this about a year at the recommendation from my pulmonologist. I had been taking culturelle. It’s more natural. No complaints except pill is larger than what I was taking but in capsule at least.

This product is by far the best probiotic pill that I bought with good results.

I love this product. It was recommended to me by a nutritionist and it is a great probiotic and has minimal ingredients that I was looking for.

It seems to work fine. My only suggestion is that Amazon should state, more boldly, that this item is NOT returnable! I ordered it by accident and was unable to return it even though factory seal was still intact.
