I’m an Aveda graduate, so I pay a lot of attention to skincare ingredients and formulations. I also have nail psoriasis, which causes the skin around my nails to become dry, rough, and irritated. This cream has become one of my favorite products because it combines a high level of urea with a price that is far lower than many comparable products. Urea is one of my favorite skincare ingredients because it does two jobs at once. It’s a gentle chemical exfoliant that helps loosen dead skin, and it’s also a humectant that draws moisture into the skin. That combination leaves skin softer, smoother, and much better hydrated. High-urea products are often surprisingly expensive, so I was impressed by the value of this one. I’ve seen plenty of products advertising 60% or even higher urea concentrations. Those claims should be viewed with skepticism because concentrations that high are generally used in prescription or medically supervised products. This cream doesn’t list the exact percentage, but it performs like a higher-strength over-the-counter urea cream. I use it on my hands, feet, elbows, and especially around my nails. Before finding this cream I often had to file away the dry skin around my cuticles several times a week. Now I only need to do that about once a week because this keeps the buildup under control. It also hasn’t irritated my nail psoriasis or caused it to flare, which is a huge plus. One thing I really appreciate is that it absorbs completely overnight. Many heavy foot creams leave my feet feeling greasy and slippery the next morning, but this one doesn’t. By morning my skin simply feels soft and moisturized. Since moisturizers create a damp environment, I’m careful about foot hygiene. I use this cream at night, let it absorb while I sleep, then shower in the morning and keep my feet dry during the day. If you’re prone to athlete’s foot or nail fungus, good hygiene, moisture-wicking socks, and antifungal powders or sprays (when appropriate) can be just as important as moisturizing. Dry, thick, callused skin can have many causes, including fungal infections, so if your feet never seem to improve it’s worth considering that possibility. Overall, I think this is an outstanding product for the price. It exfoliates gently, hydrates exceptionally well, isn’t greasy, and saves me a lot of time because I rarely need to file my feet or the skin around my nails anymore. I’ve used products costing several times more that didn’t perform any better than this one. If you’re looking for an effective exfoliant or urea cream without paying luxury skincare prices, I would absolutely recommend giving this one a try. One final tip: if you file your feet, use disposable emery boards or disposable foot files whenever possible. Reusing files is one of the easiest ways to spread fungi around. I also never use the same file on both my skin and then use it on my nails. If you happen to have an undiagnosed fungal infection, using the same file on your skin can transfer it to your nails. Disposable files are inexpensive and are an easy way to reduce that risk. You can order 100 packs of emery boards on Amazon for $10. Generic ones are fine if you are only using the file once and disposing of it. Emery boards are like q-tips: one time use products. Once they’ve been used they should be disposed of afterwards. They should absolutely never be shared with other people. I’ve never been able to figure out why they are marketed as anything but one time use products. Reusing the same file is comparable to reusing your q-tips: it simply isn’t hygienic. Overall, I definitely recommend this product. It works as well as urea creams that cost several times more, absorbs beautifully without leaving my skin greasy, and has dramatically reduced the amount of filing I need to do. For the price, I think it’s an excellent value and one of the best affordable urea creams I’ve found.

Works really good especially after a shower feels great on my feet bottle. Size is great easy to use. No nasty smells non-greasy after being rubbed in real good helps with my dry feet.

I love love it! No joke really works! Going on a healthier foot journey and this works awesome! Just as good as putting your feet in plastic bags and Vaseline but better! Cuz after you rub it all in your foot just stayssss smooth. And you don’t slip around either! So great cost for what it does. Hot girl summer feet here I come!

I was really surprised at how nice this is. The other high urea creams on here are 3-4 times the price so I wasn't expecting much. And it doesn't say how much is in the product. But urea is the second ingredient after water (and before glycerin, the third) so it is very high. I do agree with other reviews that it's a little thin but not greasy and I always put foot treatments on with white socks before bed anyway so it doesn't really matter. It smells pleasant and I've had no irritation or any other problems from it. It makes my heels almost shiny they are so smooth. Ive worked in a warehouse for nearly 10 years and get 10 to 15,000 steps a day so I'm very hard on my feet and I have to take care of them. This is something I will definitely rebuy.

Works great, was the only thing that helped my dry feet. And if I forgot to use it for a day or two my feet are not crazy dry anymore, 10/10 would recommend to others.

I'm old (a "senior" citizen). I have dealt with dry skin my whole life so I have tried a lot of products in my lifetime to improve the rough and cracking skin on my feet. Creams, gritty foot scrubs, the foot peel masks, hot wax treatments, “sanding” gadgets etc., ... nothing seems to work for more than a few days, at best. The dryness and cracks always come right back, sometimes as soon as the product has been absorbed into the skin. Even regular pedicures only minimally improve the problem temporarily so, honestly, I didn't have very high expectations for this Dr. Scholl's Ultra Exfoliating Foot Lotion. After the SECOND application, I saw a drastic improvement. My feet were soft with no rough or dry places. In less than a week of nightly application before bed, all the cracks were completely GONE! I can honestly say I don't think my feet have been this soft since the day I was born! Just 2 weeks after starting this lotion, I graduated to "maintenance" mode. I'm only applying it to my feet 2, maybe 3, times a week now and they are staying super soft between applications. In addition to soft feet, I noticed the cuticles around my toenails were no longer rough and dry. Then I noticed the couple places I have on my fingers from eczema were almost gone. No more rough, dry, cracked and bleeding fingers, so far! Even prescription medication for the eczema hasn't worked this well for me so I've been using it on my hands before bed. I thought if it was this good, I should try it on my dry elbows and it worked to remove the roughness there too! Okay. Now here's where it gets weird and I'm not going to recommend you do this but it is working for me. It is so emollient, I decided to try it as an eye cream and, without a doubt, it is better than any eye cream I have ever tried! One tiny drop (morning and night) does an amazing job of keeping the dry, thin skin under my eyes hydrated and it is helping to plump up the fine lines and wrinkles I have there! (If it would only improve the eye bags too. :::sigh:::) This stuff is an absolute miracle in a tube and I love that the price is so affordable. I'm definitely going to be adding 1 or 2 tubes to my cart with every Amazon purchase because I never want to run out of this stuff. If you are hesitating ... JUST BUY IT! You've got nothing to lose except the rough, dry, cracked skin on your feet (and maybe a few other places you might decide to use it). You can thank me later.

Ok for its purpose, but I get better results with regular old Amlactin Daily Healing lotion which isn’t even marketed for foot use. This is a thick, almost sticky lotion with a weird herbal smell. It’s not expensive so worth trying though.

Great for dry soles. It hydrates well without the heavy stickiness.
