I think it's very close the the much more expensive PRVK 21L bag. In fact, this one, I believe, holds more gear. I can find little difference between the two bags, certainly not enough to avoid the Besnfoto. I was seconds away from buying the V2 PRVK bag when I found that, even after paying a $100 extra for the camera insert and two extra straps and waist belt--they also were going to charge over $30 for a rain cover. When I received this Bensfoto bag, I compared to my PRVK and found little lacking (plus I saved $250). You won't be disappointed with the Bensfoto. It doesn't have a passport pocket, but I don't carry my passport in my camera bag. That's about the only notable difference I see. Again, I really like the camera portion layout. See the man's video on this bag. He's pretty accurate.

Can the bag hold the laptop with size 0.78 height x 10.87 depth x 14.19 width (inches)?

I think it was made to fit up to a 13inch MacBook Pro which is what I have. Not sure it was made for anything bigger than that. I hope this helps.
