I've been using only this sugar for over ten years. It tastes clean and sweet, without the harshness of pure sugar. It's simply the finest.

SWEET !
I don't think I have ever tasted such sweetness, this side of honey. It has the lightest hint of color and tastes ever so slightly like brown sugar. I am not such a purist that I wouldn't gladly use it in any recipe calling for granulated sugar, though if you're a baker that insists on purely "white" sugar, try not to let the flavor spoil you ! This sugar does seem to have its own character and personality, and it's a wonderful change from the chemicals I have been calling sugar for far too long. It even seems lighter - is that possible?
