Good but not good
Though the product is good... But yeah it takes more time to heat up rather than the mentioned time.... And also it get cools down quickly and then again we have to wait for long...... Little dissatisfied

Basic but good
This is a basic wax Warner but it’s a good product. Yes... it takes a while to warm... but if you are patient this works wonders.

Makes waxing large areas a breeze
takes a long time to heat up - almost 30mins. but works like a charm. careful at first as there is no temperature setting so it can get quite hot. i find this approach less messy than the melting pot and spatula for legs and arms. i don't recommend this for underarms as the temperature is not in your control. Personally i opt for hard wax for underarms

No cord to plug this in with.
This system comes with nothing. No waxing. No way to use it and no cord to heat up the wax once I ordered it.

Revieved the warmer without the roll-on cartridge.
Revieved the warmer without the roll-on cartridge but paid for everything! Now the warmer is of no use as I don't even have the cartridge!

Basic, but effective!
I am so confused as to why this item has such bad reviews. Honestly, this is a very basic product but it still does the job. It is one of the best roll-on wax warmers that I have (AND I HAVE TRIED LOTS) because it fits most cartridges and you just have to plug it in and wait, no rocket science. You get what you pay for, have had it for three months already and works fine every time.
