Excellent knife cutting

After my parents complained hundreds times about my old butcher knife, I bought this one. And they are satisfied, saying it's a good knife. Since my parents have taken over the kitchen, I only got chance to use it myself very recently, and it IS a good knife! Almost half a year daily use, and it's still flawlessly sharp. Slicing vegetables becomes so smooth and pleasant. Comfortable effortless holding. Not too heavy or too light. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Great cleaver! I just took up Asian cooking for the lower costs and higher health benefits and needed a decent cleaver for all the chopping and this cleaver is perfect; great weight, well made and super sharp. Highly recommend. Also do not put it in the sink or dishwasher with other things, you may need some stitches as I have stupidly discovered.

Me encantó. Ya tengo más del mes con el. Y aún conserva su filo. Corta bastante bien, incluso huesos, aunque pesa un poco. Pero tiene buen agarre. Lo recomiendo mucho. Venía una nota de agradecimiento del vendedor. Fue un bonito detalle.
