There is a seal on the back attached to the barcode that is broken once you twist the top open.

How well does the color stay on? Will it rub off or transfer onto -if wearing a mask?

I’ve had pretty fair results as far as staying on. Several hours for example. But, yes, it does smudge off on a mask.

Does this dry or stay sticky?

It’s moist but not sticky. It’s not completely dry either
