The "sleeve" is a decent size so it will fit those on the larger side just fine when flaccid or semi-flaccid. What sets this particular product apart is the "pouch" for your"boys." I wanted to love these but something is not right about the fit. They do provide full coverage in the back. The front is like an elephant trunk. I feel there is good support for the berries but the twig is just hanging out. It is a unique combination of support and free flowing. The one thing that is tough, is pulling out the twig in the restroom. Sometimes the cotton makes it difficult to pull out and then reinsert. Takes a few extra seconds and people with glance at you fiddling around 😆

These were listed as medium, but I’m just average size and they were much too tight for me. Maybe if you buy 1 or 2 sizes larger than what they recommend, you might be okay, maybe.
