I have been under chiropractic care for spine realignment. My Chiropractor advised me to get a 9-inch small Ball for Therapy Core Workouts. She sent me a link to this ball to order, and I am so glad I did. The doctor gave me a series of exercises to perform, and this ball has been a blessing. The size is perfect for the kind of grip I need, the quality is great, and the air retention has been spot on. I think for the functionality this ball has given me, it is a great value for the money. Just like my chiropractor, I highly recommend this exercise ball.
