I was nervous about this purchase, but it arrives with a map showing which pieces go where. When I started applying, I was worried I'd mess up the design because I was intentionally NOT following directions (I combined 2 of these sets to get what I wanted: a vase & flowers on a vine - both coming with the same 2 butterflies & identical cut/style, which is another boost on quality was the consistent product bought from >1 seller). There is a protective layer over the surface keeping it shiny for you to remove after install (or as I learned, just before taking off the sticky backing & putting each piece on the wall). I am inundated with compliments over the unique 3d art in my office that not only looks faboo, but covers the multiple marks & holes in the wall in more than one place (without having to put an entire wall mural up to cover the same random spots along the wall). I understand the skepticism given this is not your everyday purchase, but the price is lower than the quality that arrives & it is so easily modifiable to accommodate your wall space & visions for the art design. I'm looking into more of these fabulous items to add & improve, but OCD/ADD doesn't mix well sometimes & I know I'll go overboard...but that's just me (J/K) If you're thinking about buying any of these 3d stickers yourself but are nervous, from my experience (& for the price) it's a no brainer.

I've been eyeing this product for a while and so glad I finally invested in it. My closet door was so dull (and the dollar store stickers just are not pretty). I cut off just sections of the protective backing (maybe about 30% more or less of each piece backing) so only major corner pieces were sticky so I'll have an easier time when it comes to remove it I hope (in kind of a not so up kept apartment but trying to find that happy medium of as little sticky residue to fight with as possible). So far it's sticking well even though it's not using its full sticky strength for each piece. Made this living room flow so much better ;) (it was kind of too easy to snap/break one of the main big pieces though so be careful when removing the backing or front protective film that thin junctions of big pieces can snap just while within your hands trying to fumble and pick at the edges. Thankfully still stays together thanks to the backing.) Still for me it is perfect and beautiful!
