Is the battery indicator for the watch or gokart battery?

It’s for the battery, not the GoKart. There is a battery indicator on the back of the GoKart itself.

I’m confused so does it allow the go kart pro to go in track mode?

GOkart Pro can be adjusted to track mode through stopwatch, but it must be adjusted when Gokart Pro is stationary!

can it change the speed of the go kart to corsa?

Yes. It can cycle through all 4 speeds. You can also connect to Bluetooth for the engine sounds at the same time.
