Are these easy to use for 1 person household? I have arthritis in my hands and no one to help?

I have the same issue with arthritis (my thumb), except I live in a 2 person household, but I'm the only one that can/wants to do it. Anyway...I like to clip these on the sheet corners first, then when placing the sheet over, I tuck the elastic strap under the mattress. No lifting required.

If I understand your question correctly, yes, we used these on a sheet set that was made for pillow top, oversized mattresses, which was pretty loose on our standard sized mattress. The fitted sheet pulled off the corners every night. Since I installed these straps, it has stayed tight and have had no issues with the sheet pulling loose. Great product.

Will these work to make queen sheets fit full size bed?

I think so. If you're trying to keep the queen sheets taught on the mattress. Measurements are only 6" wider and 5" longer on a queen size mattress. So that's only 3" on each side and 2.5 inches at the head and foot. These suspenders are fully adjustable in all three directions. Keep in mind they make other types of suspenders. The ones that are oval shaped might be a better choice!

These fasteners were awesome for keeping the sheets in place. They're easy to put on, but taking them off every time I change the sheets is a bit of a pain with our king-size mattress. (I have imagine it already) The product itself is great.
