The toilet is very nicely made and designed for easy install and maintenance. It took me and a friend 30 minutes to install, and it only needed a friend because the base weighs probably 100lbs on its own. It comes with a proprietary wax ring so you only have once chance to mess it up. The valves are nice but also proprietary and seem like they should last but in a few places there are metal to plastic connection threads and that is a bit concerning for the long haul. The install is pretty quick but the instructions make it seem far harder than it really is. All you have to do is install the wax ring in the toilet (not the floor) before setting it down. Seat the rig by sitting on the base, tighten the bolts, connect the water line to the top with the supplied fittings and snap the top into place. If I had to do it a second time it would probably take 10 min. Once installed, the seat is wide and comfortable. I'm a big guy at 6'2/260 and It feels very comfortable and sturdy. The seat warmer is the first thing you notice and wow it's nice. The UV/night light is great for not needing to turn on lights and doesn't disturb others in the room. As a dude you can stand up to do your buisness in the dark and not miss a drop. The deodorizer fan is a bit loud but you don't have to use it and it can be turned off from the remote. The sprayer, has plenty of power and is nice and has a bunch of adjustments to get it where you need it. The remote is instant, from the time you press the button, the toilet reacts instantly. The only thing I could say is a slight negative is that the remote inst quite intuitive, if you've got someone using it for the first time, you might have to do some talking through the door to help them out. That's a lot of words to say that I like it a lot. 10/10 would recommend

Amended review: Vovo has been responsive to my complaints. After a couple of face-time tweaking sessions the toilet’s function is improved. It generally flushes as expected now. These are apparently not tweaks you can do without service assistance as they involve changing the the pre-set electronic time/flush parameters. But the fix was quick and easy as Kevin talked me through the changes. The toilet still has some quirks: the heated seat stops working from time to time for no apparent reason. You may think you don’t need a heated seat but you are WRONG!!! Also the bidet function warm water disappears from time to time. It seems to come back on its own. Not sure why. That’s always a shocker! VOVO’s customer service has been excellent. Overall I am pleased, as the toilet now pretty much works as advertised. And I can assure you this is the most comfortable toilet to sit on I have ever used. My wife even loves it and she hates everything. OLD REVIEW: Do not buy. This is an addendum to review below. Vovo’s solution to my issue with this toilet was to unplug it for a few minutes. That did nothing. Their next idea is to send a valve with more powerful flow. I presume I have to pay a plumber a couple hundred bucks to install this as well. I’ve already paid $1500 for the toilet and hundreds to have it installed ( as part of a remodel). So paying again is a crappy solution for a crappy crapper. Pay for a brand name. Even though this was almost as expensive it has to be flushed two or three times, EVERY TIME, to rid it of waste. After living with this installed for a couple of months I am happy with the comfort, style and amenities of this toilet. But it does not flush worth a darn. It takes at least two flush cycles every time. At least.

Its design prioritizes maximum comfort, effectiveness, and practicality, setting a new standard for excellence. Notably, VOVO stood out for its dedicated USA support team, which promptly answered our questions and addressed concerns. In contrast, other companies either lacked a USA support hotline or failed to return our calls, making VOVO's commitment to customer service a significant factor in my purchasing decision

After investing $1000, you certainly expect more! The flushing capability is disappointing; it often requires multiple flushes to do the job. I purchased this toilet for our guest bathroom, but it has proven to big mistake. Initially, we received a faulty unit, but I must commend the customer service for promptly sending the replacement parts. Unfortunately, even with the new parts, the toilet remains ineffective. There are far superior smart toilets available for around $1300, which we ended up installing in our master bathroom.

**Update**: 2021.11.15 - Ordered 2 of these and they worked great for about a month. Now, both units have stopped heating the water and only spray cold water. Have tried resetting them, but nothing has fixed it so far. Debating replacing them entirely. ----------- Fantastic toilet! Even though this version doesn't have the auto lid open, it's still a solid, very comfortable toilet. Seat warmer is perfect, and water warmer works great. Remote gives fine position controls for the spray. Is a simple, no frills bidet toilet. Installation was simple and clean and am now ordering 2 more to replace remaining toilets!

I received rHe Toilet yesterday and I like it. But I have at least two things I’d like to mention the first is the remote control bracket is very flimsy it took me about two minutes to try to slide the remote control onto the bracket when I mounted on the wall. The second thing is the water massager the massage is your bottom. I’ve tried every single way but the problem is is the needle like way that the water shoots onto your bottom even when I reduce the pressure it’s still need a like and it does not have a nice broad spray and it actually hurts. Out of the three different massage functions the female or feminine one is the best for me and I’m a male. I just can’t understand why they would make a spray like this it almost pierces your flesh and if anybody has hemorrhoids this will be extremely painful I would imagine. Now unless I’m doing something wrong I will except anybody that has a different solution to this but I have tried reducing the pressure and changing all the different functions on the control and I still can’t get that good broad soft spray other than that I really like the toilet

This is truly a high end product for a fraction of the price compared to "the other brand." Not only is the product itself amazing, but the customer service is phenomenal as well. I had an issue with my seat and after reaching out them, they immediately responded and sent me the parts that I needed. It was actually extremely easy to fix myself also. Highly recommended.

We never would think of buying expensive toilet before we bought this toilet. But after having the toilet now for a few months. I can’t believe how much we like it. All the features work great, from seat warmer, to all the different type of rinsing features. - We had a slight problem with a leak in the upper assembly. We called and talked to Anna in customer service. She was great!! In no time at all they sent out a new upper assembly and we were able to switch it out in no time at all. I think Anna went above and beyond what I expected. Vovo has a simple great design so we were able to swap out the upper assembly with no effort. So if you have any doubts in buying an expensive toilet, just know you’ll be happy after your purchase Just Remember a Flush beats a Full house!! LOL Thank you Anna and Vovo MFG.

After several months of use, I can finally give a true long-term review of my VOVO TCB-090S Smart Bidet Toilet, and honestly, I’m even more satisfied now than I was at the beginning. At first, I was mainly attracted by the modern look and the high-tech features, but over time, what impresses me most is the comfort and reliability. The heated seat, adjustable bidet settings, drying function, automatic opening, and quiet operation make the everyday experience feel truly high-end. The build quality is excellent, and everything still works perfectly after several months of use. Maintenance is also much easier than I expected. The one-piece design is elegant, easy to clean, and gives the bathroom a very modern appearance. What surprises me the most is how quickly you get used to the smart features. Now, using a standard toilet almost feels like “going backward.” If you’re hesitating about investing in a smart bidet toilet, I can honestly say that for me, this purchase was absolutely worth it. Very happy with my choice

First and foremost the customer support was excellent. I'm on eastern standard time, they are pacific standard time and there were no issues what so ever regarding getting in contact with them and for Vovo resolving my issues quickly and effectively. Special shout out to Kevin from tech support for expertly getting the unit operating correctly and to Ella for coordinating the video call and making it all happen seamlessly you guys are awesome. As for the unit itself, it is excellent. The issue I experienced was upon installation there was a connection that leaked water when flushing, and the issue was resolved by popping back in the water connection tab (between the seat top and the base of the toilet) inside the water source port. Step by step instruction and guidance was provided by Kevin and the fix took all of 15 min. So very minor issue did not require specialized tools or replacement parts. I have been using the toilet for a few weeks now and it works very well. The bidet features work as intended water pressure and temperature are all within comfortable ranges, no shocking bursts of cold water or too high pressure - I've tried the turbo wash and its definitely turbo without being a proctology inspection. The angles that you can adjust the water spout reach the full spectrum of positions although during a wash I find myself leaning back and forth to maximize washing coverage of the area, I find it just faster than adjusting the nozzle spray angles. The heated seat is excellent, I have the toilet installed in the basement where its relatively cool at all times and the seat is always perfectly comfortable. Auto flush feature is excellent, it never leaves any survivors or presents for the next user. As well the timing of the flush gives you a few seconds to get clear of the bowl so your bottom doesn't receive a misting as the flushing jet power is quite strong. The deodorizer feature will not substitute for your bathroom fan, but it does help especially if your bathroom has no windows. Lastly the drying feature I'm not sure I'm the intended target, I got a hairy butt and I've sat through 2 full "dry sessions" as the dryer and all other features are fixed time functions (push button on remote feature operates for 120 seconds and then deactivates, don't quote me on duration I have not physically timed each function just round about time for reference here) but I still need to pat dry as I am left still with a lot of drippage. If you are smooth... you may find this works better. My only issue with the toilet is that despite it being an elongated bowl, I find there is not enough clearance at the front of the toilet bowl to not have certain parts touch the inside of the bowl. There is a bit of a lip right in the front of the bowl, I believe the design of this is to address the power of the flush as the jet of water shoots from the (if looking at the toilet in front of you) right hand side of the bowl approx 33% in from the rear most part of the inner bowl, but yea every time I'm sitting there is inner bowl contact. Overall I think given its cost (relative to Kohler who's prices start at nearly 5k more than this and has the same feature set) and that its an all in one I didn't have to fiddle with a seat attachment add on.. It turned a 3 piece bathroom into a 4 piece and I am happy with the product from top to bottom.

The bidet is working as expected so far. We are expecting the remote to come shortly as it was missing. Kyle quickly sent a remote out once we contacted Vovo USA.
