is this meant for horses

My nail salon uses this on people's feet, after pedicure. I have no idea if it could be used for horses.

Can you apply nail polish over this product ?

It is a cuticle cream you apply on the base of the nail bed. I would paint your nails then apply this product after your nails are dry. If you apply this before your nail polish will peel off quicker.

So, can I use it on my horses hooves??

The jar says “the trainer’s choice” & it says the original equestrian formula used by horse trainers. I’m sure you can but you can probably buy it in larger quantities more economically at a hardware store etc

can it be used as hand cream?

A little too heave for that. To me would also feel sticky as hand cream but what is left on my fingers I do rub into my hands. I think there are far better creams for hands.
