When you apply this color, is it almost clear nude or you can actually see the cream color? Thanks

It's more maybe than cream. Color is opaque.

Can you use this with a gel base and top coat?

I use a regular base coat and the suggested Essie gel top coat. Without a base coat my nails become very discolored since I use a dark polish. The base coat does increase the probability of peeling.

Does take me to thread come with the top coat or do you need to buy it separately?
