I picked this brand of magnesium supplants because of the minimal ingredient and lack of seed oils (as many other brands have seed oil ingredients). I have noticed and overall improvement in energy and improves sleeping. The pills are large and the recommended dosage is 2 per serving but easy to swollow.

Capsules are a little bit large, but go down easily with some liquid or yogurt. Seems to really help with muscle spasms seems to be a consistent and quality product..

The product is good, & I definitely noticed it helping with sleep. That being said, the pills are just way too big for me. I actually got them stuck in my throat a couple times, which I was able to either cough it back up, or swallow really hard, but it was still very alarming. I liked the product, but I'm planning to switch to gummies or a powder. I'm editing this review and adding a star, because I figured out a way that works for me to swallow it. First off, I drink water before I take it, & leave a little water in my mouth. Then, I take a really huge gulp of water and swallow. Doing that helps it slide down easily. It just takes a lot more water than I ever had to take, even with large pills. So now that I've found a way that works, I would repurchase.

Have just had this a few days but was delighted to find a supplement with an adequate dose of elemental iron in the glycinate form. I only need 100mg a day for my weight and age but since the capsules are 100 mg each, it is a very convenient dose form. The capsules are very large but I have had no trouble swallowing them. One thing you might want to know. My bottle arrived with only an internal seal whereas most OTC supplements in my experience also have an external seal at the base of the cap. I ended up calling Nature Made to be sure the external seal was not supposed to be there and they informed me they have discontinued the external seal and just to be sure the internal seal is intact.

I bought this magnesium because I had been looking for something I could take more consistently, especially on days when I felt more physically tired or when my routine was heavier than usual. I did not want to deal with too many supplements, just something simple and easy to add to everyday life. I’ve been using it as part of my routine, and overall the experience has been good. I liked that it was easy to take and did not feel like one of those products that ends up forgotten in the cabinet. In my case, I started taking it mainly with muscle support in mind, and it was easy for me to stay consistent with it. My overall impression is positive. It is one of those products that feels simple, practical, and easy to keep using. For me, it did what I expected and left me with a good overall feeling.

This is a great product. It has improved my sleep, eases my muscle aches with no digestive side effects. Easy to swallow tabs.

1. I WAS having Constant BAD sciatica PAIN!- I tried Chiropractic/Tylenol (NSAIDS are BAD!), with little relief!? I finally did a Google/Chrome "AI" search for- "sciatica pain relief supplements"? Down near the end of the list- AI recommended 200mg/daily of "this" form of Magnesium? HUH? OH WELL, I Was tired of being in PAIN, and ordered a bottle (I was already getting 100mg from my Multi)?- Within 2 hours after taking 1, with dinner(1 with breakfast too) and, the Pain was GONE!!! :o) -I am also sleeping better, and have much less morning brain fog! It may not help you, but give it a try!? 2. I also got 2 CushZone XL Gel seat cushions for my computer chair/ Recliner! WOW, much better than Memory Foam! a. Also sit down SOFTLY, with NO plop! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ UPDATE!- This helped my Sciatica, but gave me BAD Diarrhea! I had to stop taking it, but- My Physical Therapist gave me a simple stretching exercise, that QUICKLY relieved pain!- :o) 1. While sitting flat footed/ knees bent- Cross the sore leg over the other leg, just above the knee. 2. Reach down, pull up on toes for 20-30sec..., and pain is GONE! Repeat as necessary... TRY It. and you'll be AMAZED!

Estoy impresionada del efecto tan rapido de relajación y me dio tanto sueño a los 15-20min de que me tome la pastilla. Segun la recomendacion es tomar 2 capsulas, sin embargo yo solo tome 1 capsula y fue suficiente. Las super recomiendo tomar una media hora antes de dormir y adios estres

Lo comencé a tomar para mejorar el sueño, yo sufro de insomnio y aunque te recomienda dos cápsulas la verdad sentía que todo el día andaba somnolienta (empezar por una está bien)
