Can the cuff on the lower leg be unrolled to make longer if needed?

Yes but You would have to put an very tinny hem in to give you much more length. Unless your real tall, it's not a bad length as it is. The legs don't work up as some do.

What is the inseam length? TIA

I have the size 'S' and the inseam is 9 inches. The length touches the tops of my knees.

Are they true to size, or do the run smaller or larger? Can you move around in them as well?

Perhaps the sizing has changed recently. But I found these to run small compared to other knit shorts. As the material is a bit thicker than some, they are somewhat constrictive.

That’s a great question. I noticed that too and was confused! I assume it is shorts for women since it was shown next to that description for woman’s shorts. Maybe they were trying to show that women with hairy, muscular legs and larger hands can wear them too!
