Good brand for aftermarket. Iโve used it several times.

Finally... low cost toner carts that WORK! (the last two brands I got print super super light.. useless). These seem to print nice and dark.. good price.

Great customer service to go along with a great product.
I have been using this product for over five (5) years now and have never had a problem until recently. The magenta cartridge began putting red lines on the prints. I made Value Toner aware of it. Upon verifying me they sent another magenta cartridge to me but unfortunately it was returned to them because of damage in shipping. They offered me a credit on the cartridge however I shared with them that I would always be short a magenta cartridge then. They just notified that they were crediting me with my entire purchase on Amazon and that I should just simply order all four cartridges again. I was overwhelmed by the rapid response and flexibility. I will always buy my toner from Value Toner just as I have for the last 5 years.

Learned the lesson of buying off-brand toner.
Worked ok at the beginning, but as time went on, the color really degraded, and it started printing streaks. I guess I will have to buy the true HP toner.

Good Customer Service
Great customer support and service. After about 50-60 B&W text copies, the other other colors started leaving streaks on the paper. After a cleaning cylcle, only magenta left light streaks. Manufacturer contacted me, and replaced all toner cartridges at no cost. They stand behind their products.

Cyan cartridge leaked
The cyan cartridge leaked badly at 70% full. I had to buy a replacement as I needed to print in color. I noticed it while troubleshooting a different problem. Who knows when the leaking started. Cyan and magenta printed lightly at first and never improved. I will avoid this brand.

Good quality, excellent price.
A good substitute for the original manufacturer's cartridge. The print quality is good and the price is far cheaper.
