I love this stuff! ZERO bad after taste, no fishy smell or taste, and does not give me burps lol. I feel it’s a great quality, love that it’s a 3 month supply sized bag, and I find it highly effective. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months now, for overall health and because I read/heard that the level of DHA and EPA in this makes it great for relieving peri/menopausal hot flashes. IT SURE IS! Whenever I forget to take it for one day, BAM - Hot Flashes that night! when I first started taking these it only took about 3-4 days for me to notice less hot flashes. By 1 full week in I had ZERO hot flashes, as long as I remembered to take it daily (or nightly, whenever you decide to take them consistently). I’ve noticed it helps with joint pain also. Really a great product and I feel it’s a good value for the price also.

I got these for my senior mom who has issues with a painful arthritic right thumb and minor memory loss. This seems to be alleviating the pain and halting and future memory deterioration. I like that it's purified and has just the combination of ingredients for which I was searching. I've already reordered from this seller. No reported issues with size, smell, or repeating. Good price. Doctor order as a natural means of lowering my blood pressure.Like that they dont smell like fish. Would have preferred packaged in a bottle. The zip bag is not as easy to handle or store.

These supplements get me the higher than normal amount of omega 3 that my doctor advised me to take to slightly lower my cholesterol. At my mid-year check in, there was a measured difference in my levels. He has now asked me to take 2 of these per day and we're hoping that in 6 months my cholesterol (good and bad) will be back in the normal range -- Without having to take prescription drugs and deal with their potential side effects. While this might not work for everyone, it is having a positive impact on me. As a bonus, these do not taste like fish, give me a fishy after tase or sardine scented burps like my old fish oil pills did.

This product passes all the tests for a safe and healthy supplement. It is GMO free, gluten free and dairy free. More importantly, it has passed 3rd party testing and is specifically processed to remove mercury and other heavy metals, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), DDT, and is from wild-caught Norwegian fresh fish. Not all fish oils are equal. This is a quality product. I have not had any issues with the smell or with digestion.

They're giant pills first of all so do note that, however I used to take the same size pills with standard gel capsules and they sometimes would stick when trying to swallow while these have like, a softer/satin type coating so they just don't stick at all. They seem like they're great for joint and other pain relief (fibro for me) and I'm definitely way more mentally alert on them however that is in combination with ADHD meds and an antidepressant. Overall great purchase for a good deal especially for the right concentration. Not just a fish oil pill, it's the actual good stuff you get less of from a fish oil pill.
