Where is this water bottle made?

I looked on the bottom of the bottle - it's made in China

bottle specifically says hand wash only - not as listing states. It may be fine in dish washer but misleading labeling.

Will 24 oz fit my car holder

It is about the same diameter, or only slightly larger, than a 12 oz. soda can. If that fits, you're good to go!

Will this work with Lemon or other acid based fruits used for flavoring? I've heard several water type bottles don't handle this very well?

It will be fine. Most of what I put in my 40 oz. bottle is Seltzer water, a soda with a pH of somewhere around 2-3.5, which is close to lemon juice, and lower than what lemon flavored water would probably be (I'm not an expert on chemistry, but know a little about pH levels). The person who said it wouldn't work either has had a bad experience due to a bad product, was misinformed, or doesn't know what they're talking about. Incidentally, coffee, while not as acidic, is still on the acid side of the pH scale and is never questioned. Lemon flavoring added to water is probably closer in pH to coffee than it is to soda. You're good to go!
