This is a good culinary lavender- but watch out for little pieces of stems, etc.
I gave this lavender four stars instead of five because I found tiny pieces of stems and other parts of the lavender plant mixed in with the flower buds. The scent and flavor seem fine, but I did have to go through the amount that I used in order to remove pieces that I did not want to end up in my cookies. I have purchased culinary lavender before that was much " cleaner". That said, if one is willing to pick through the lavender buds and/or not worry about extraneous pieces being there, the flavor and color are good. Recommended with slight reservations.

Haven't tried them yet, but the fragrance is amazing!
These lavender flowers are intended to be in a honey lavender glaze for chicken. The lavender flowers just arrived today, and I haven't tried them yet. But they smell wonderful! I will post again after I use them in the glaze. But judging by their fragrance, I think it will be delicious.
