CoQ10 Benefits
The Luma CoQ10 has been part of my regular regime to address my very high cholesterol issues after finding that my body did not handle Statins well at all. I had a doctor discuss the option of utilizing a quality Omega Fish Oil and Red Yeast Rice which worked for me for over 15 years in place of prescribed Statins. However we found that the Red Yeast Rice had depleted my CoQ10 levels over time. I choose the Luma CoQ10 at least 5 years ago and all of my levels have been maintained appropriately now for over 20 years.
