I ordered another brand sorry can’t remember which one was broken when it arrived another cable was so cheap it broke installing it. We ordered this one set and all is good. My washer spins out water again and doesn’t pound and knock while doing so. We’ve had these installed just under a year now. Definitely recommend this brand. Fit well, easy to install, worked properly, have lasted almost a year so far.

Easy to install! Great quality!! Solved the problem right away!! I have a Samsung Washer and it was very easy to replace the rods, the price is very responsible and will solve the problem permanently! It will fit like the original! And the functionality is the same! Ease of cleaning and maintain!

The 4 rods came in a single cardboard box and were significantly bent but Rather than returning them and going without a cloths washer for another week I straightened them to almost their original condition (40minutes). Install and putting the top back on the washer took 40 minutes- working slowly.
