I’ve been taking this magnesium night-time complex and it’s been a game changer for my sleep. I drift off faster and stay asleep longer. Magnesium is great for supporting thyroid health, and I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier during the day. This formula has six natural forms of magnesium plus hops and griffonia for melatonin production, so it feels gentle but effective. doesn't work
while obviously has good vitamins..doesn't work at all. didn't make a difference & expensive. unfortunately no return. won't be buying again. very disappointed.

Effective for a good nights sleep
These are fantastic. Works a charm for winding down at the end of stressful day. I take two every night with a cup of chamomile tea and I’m out within 30 mins. I was taking melatonin and didn’t want to be hooked on that so thought I’d give these a try. These are better and more effective in my opinion

Helped with calf cramps but no difference to my sleep
I use this product as part of my evening routine but mainly for the natural magnesium which helps with cramps in my calfs at night which I have suffered with my whole life. They do help but only provide 50% of your daily magnesium. There is some 5-HTP and hops added which some people swear by but I think when they run out I will buy the same brand but try the pure magnesium as I don’t feel I sleep any better.
