THIS REALLY WORKS!!
I've used this product several times and if you go by their lists of GOOD & BAD foods. AND if you take it as directed for 4 to 5 months, you'll feel SO AMAZING!! EVERYTIME I had success but didn't continue the probiotic. Then it came back. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT THERE IS A PRODUCT OUT THERE THAT REALLY WORKS!!! And NO, Im not affiliated with the company what so ever.

Taking the Biofase, Profase, and Microfase has worked wonders for me
