I do like the looks, but.... I did wait a couple of months to open the box so could not return it. When I opened it I found the bulb holder broken. I was able to glue that together, but this is not something that could have broken in shipping, so had to have been sent that way. Also there is no way to attach the bulb holder to the base, like a part is missing that hold it stable & you cannot put the lampshade on it. It will be ok in the end after I fix it, but an awfully expensive project piece.

I could have bought the same tripod cheaper elsewhere but prefer the security of my Amazon purchases. I added my own conical shade, braided lamp cord, vintage plug, antique brass harp and socket dimmer (all purchased here) for less than the cost of the fully assembled but less attractive looking lamp seen elsewhere. It's perfect.

Excellent tripod light stand. A great deal with a nice cherry finish. I am very happy with this purchase. It came with a few nicks, but a little stain should clear that up. You will have to buy a light bulb and shade for this product which it states in the description. Note it is an Uno shad and requires an adapter to mount to this light fixture. Also, it came before the stated delivery date.

Beautiful lamp stand. Seller quick to respond. Our first lamp got lost, seller re-sent a replacement right away. Good customer service. The only drawback, the lampshade is not included. Description should be clearer, but very happy with the lamp stand.
