My couch’s would not stop sliding but it’s with stood everything since I got these grips on them.

Yes, this is a review of the Slipstick GorillaPads CB144, package of 8 used as isolation feet for a turntable/phono/record player! After shopping audio equipment sellers and Amazon for isolation feet which can be very expensive (to isolate from vibration) for my Sony LX310BT turntable, I started thinking that based on some of the designs I saw it might be possible to use some other 'hardware' like items to create my own. The goal was to keep the price as cheap as possible and still actually provide isolation of my turntable from vibration/thumb and more importantly, from skipping that results when someone walks within a few feet of the turntable (which is happening due to hardwood floors and a built in credenza height bookshelf it sits on). There are a number of furniture pad designs and even appliance feet designs that look like rubber pucks, that i considered, but with the later, was concerned that a solid piece of rubber might just conduct vibration being too stiff (didn't try them, so don't no for sure, but Pro-ject Audio actually sells a rubber puck like design that looks an awful lot like those used to keep washing machines from 'walking' across the floor). The construction of these GorillaPads is a sandwich of two layers of rubber membrane with a felt 'filling', which I estimated might provide enough different materials types to help absorb vibration. Because it comes as a pack of 8, and I only have 4 feet on my turntable, I stacked two of these for each foot to double the thickness. Does it work? I am VERY pleased to report that it does. In fact I was able to jump up and down and bang my foot on the floor and not have any audible impact to the LP being played. Of course the goal was simply to stop normal walking around the turntable from causing skipping, but once I proved that worked, I took the testing further. Note that I did NOT used the included adhesive pads to join my stack of 2 pads together, although I may do that soon just to keep them stacked directly on top of each other, but so far they are working fine without doing that.

These work incredibly well. I have a small space and wanted my couch up against the wall with the window but didn't want my curtains pinched behind it. I easily installed these on the feet of the couch and it hasn't budged... With 2 young children jumping and playing on it. Highly recommend.

Once it was installed it could not be removed

Used these pads on a sectional I ordered. It was on a hardwood floor and the pieces didn’t connect. With the pads each piece slide back when someone sat in it. With the pads each piece stays put. Very happy.

We put this under the sofa and it stopped sliding right away. No drilling, no taping necessary. Awesome product!

They're okay. They worked quite well at keeping my couch chaise in place until it came off and lost its stickyness. I never lifted or moved the chaise. This is just from normal small movements from sitting down and getting up. I'm undecided on whether to try these again or just try a new prodoct. They were easy to install and affordable though.

This was easy to add to the chair leg and does exactly what it’s meant to do. The chair doesn’t move at all.

I tried other products and kept having to replace them. These were easy to install and prevents my seat from sliding. Would buy again

Justo lo que buscaba. Un sillón de mi sala es algo liviano. Con el tipo de piso que tengo, las patas de ese sillón y el poco peso del sillón. Se resbalaba muy fácil. Esto resolvió eso
