I was first introduced to reformer Pilates after a car accident. I wanted to buy a membership at a Pilates studio but the memberships are EXTREMELY expensive. So I started researching and found this machine on amazon. It was cheaper than the ones I really wanted. But still being a beginner, this machine is absolutely perfect! I put it together alone. Just a few pieces. The machine is already together for the most part. No tools needed. It is kinda heavy. But I’m in decent shape and 31 years old. After buying this machine, I noticed the price went up a couple days later. I’m happy I bought it when I did. I have a feeling this machine will last me for awhile. It’s also compact. You can fold it in half (which is how it came in the box) and roll it away for storage. If you’re wondering if this machine is worth it, it is! Like I said, I’m still a beginner so I don’t need anything to fancy. This machine is basic and serves its purpose. I literally just put it together and used it for about 20 minutes before writing this review! Get this machine!! I also bought red tension bands but don’t foresee needing for awhile. I will get one of those rebounders though and maybe even a box later. But the machine is great as is. Does make a tiny bit of noise while using but it didn’t bother me bc I was watching tv and mainly focusing on breathing. Still, 5 stars!

I've been doing Pilates for over 20 years and had owned an expensive reformer. Prefer this little unit. Easy to use. Folds if necessary. Compact and simple. Like the stationary bike that I bought from Amazon a few years ago, I use the reformer daily. Can't believe that I didn't have to pay much more to get a machine that fulfills all of my needs. If you need a Pilates box for placing on top of the reformer, check widths. This machine has a narrow bed and has limits for height adjustments. Not suitable for anyone very tall or short bc the machine doesn't have the ability to adjust the length of distance between the bed and foot bar. Also has only three levels of tension. I'm 5'5" and normal weight and it's perfect for my size.

i wrote a review last week because the delivery was delayed. It was delivered earlier than stated, albeit 2 days later than promised. It was easy to put together with clear instructions, and is much better quality than I expected. I'm excited to use it.

I can not stick to an exercise program to save my life. One day I decided that it was because I just wanted to lay down to work out. This machine has helped me greatly! It was easy to assemble and I love the fact that it folds up. I like that it automatically come with 3 different "weight"/tension cords and a fold out poster of the different exercises you want use. I'm the kind of person who just likes to tinker with things and not stick to a specific boring routine, and this let's me crawl all over the place and do all the things however I'm feeling. I was most excited for the leg exercises since I have a lot of energy and tend to pace often. Being able to do squats laying down and jumping/rebounding without the gravity has been phenomenal because I'm still working out and it's something I can stick with. The only thing I don't like about it is that the shoulder pad things are uncomfortable to me... the foam is too hard and I'm not sure this company makes an alternative. I will end up getting creative and sewing something to fit around it. Other than that I'm super happy to just be jumping and stretching and bounding away until I get the energy out!

I LOVE this machine. It comes with a poster of exercises to do, and it's super easy to find videos online if you like having someone to follow along with. It's light enough that I can fold it up and put it away easily, and safe enough that my kids can use it, too. And it's such an effective workout - my arms and core have never felt stronger! The only downside is that there are only three resistance bands and not five, but that's a minor issue for me. I don't need that much variety in resistance configuration and can get by with two medium and one heavy resistance.

Just received it two days ago and love it already. Assembly was very easy (you only have to add the wheels and feet). I have been going to Pilates classes at studios for many years. Since the lockdown has closed them all, my body felt horrible w/o being able to workout the reformer regularly. I have never been able to afford a home reformer, usually they are at least $500. So when I saw this one I jumped at it, and you should too! I really really hope it holds together for at least a year or two. That is of course hard to tell on day two. But so far it is great. I can do a lot of the basic exercises I was doing in the studio. If you purchased ad-ons (a box, rebounder, small ball, etc) you could do more...but then also spend more money. Right now I am ok with what I have spent and what I have got. A good stable reformer machine for under $300!!

Seem to have gotten a used product because there was a “stain” on the cushion and one of the resistance bands is a bit worn but putting it together was simple enough and so far I have liked it - we will see how they are able to resolve the stain and more importantly the band issue.

I love this machine and it has saved me during the pandemic. I wish I had known that there are only three bands/springs. That means that your ability to adjust the amount of weight or tension is limited. It comes with three black bands which is for leg work and typically you use one black band for arm work. But if your arms are weak or you have an injury (some moves are hard for me), I need a lighter band. My legs are really strong, I wish I could do some leg work with something harder than the three black bands. You can order other bands, but you only have three spaces to put the bands so the ability to have nuanced weight is limited. You can pay more for one of their fancier machines and have more springs/bands, but I was not aware of that when I ordered this model. So if you plan on keeping this for a long time, or if you are an advanced user, you may want to shell out the extra money for a model with more bands as you can only use three on this machine. Otherwise, this has been a Quarantine game changer.

Una maravilla de máquina. La tuve cuando viví en América y la echaba de menos. Llegó ensamblada y en perfecto estado. Un poco rollo el papeleo en aduanas pero merece la pena. Es perfecta y llegó antes de tiempo. Feliz.

For the price this is an excellent piece of equipment. Could be a little more robust, but for a fairly affordable Pilates reformer it's not bad. The shipping was fast and service was good.

Llegó puntual, completo, facil de armar y hasta ahora, excelente!. Tres bandas con igual resistencia. No es tan facil poner y quitar resistencias. Los postes quedan algo flojos, por lo que se zafan al sacar las cintas, pero lo solucioné facilmente, simplemente "engrosando" el poste con una vuelta o dos de tape, con eso, queda bien fijo en su lugar. Trae un poster con gran cantidad de ejercicios y graficamente claro. Las cintas se pueden acortar o alargar. Me gustó la calidad. Cabecera sube y baja y buena zona acolchada para cabecera y espalda.

Does the job in a smaller space and when you cannot get to the studio. No issues with shipping or timing or assembly. However, one quality issue - one wheel was damaged and therefore it did not slide smoothly and was very awkward with movement and noise. I contacted AeroPilates and they said they would send replacement wheels. They did and received them within 3 weeks. If not for the wheel, would rate 5 stars for delivering on expectations and good customer service. I also ordered the stronger (red) cords for increased resistance. Recommend this if you are experienced.

Like it but not light
