Pidilite Marinekoat Waterproof Plywood Coating Paint for wood surfaces , 500 ml

Water proof & good shining

Brought two boxes of these and happy so far. It claims it is specific for Plywood, I have used it on Engineered door wood as I have lot of water spil due to rain or maid spilling it there, I went with 3 to 4 quotes for a thick layer and yes better to do this work in Sunny days for it to dry as expected. Additional quotes may be needed later 6 to 12 months later if needed. Overall good product.

I applied for plywood... it changed the color of plywood to dark color... will see after a year on the finish of the plywood

Just amazing piece of product!!! Does the job pretty well at a reasonable price. I needed a recoat of polish for wooden dining table and chairs. Consulting the local furniture workshops gave a budget of 5K to 9K. Researching on internet, people gave ideas and we shortlisted 3 products, ordered 2 and Pidilite's marinekoat was the first to arrive. Tested it on a small corner and it gave wonderful result, so went on with it for the tire unit; and in about 30-40 minutes the entire dining table and the chairs had a new look and elegant look. Just follow the directions mentioned on the pack. It is as simple as painting a wall. If one has some experience in using a brush over a wall, then this is just the same too. Just make sure to rub off any dirt/stains or greasy patches from the furniture before applying this product. Mix it well, dip the brush and give even strokes, and you're good for at least 2 years. After 2 coats to 6 chairs and the table there is still around 30% left in the jar. Thank you for the great product Dear Pidilite and Amazon.

In under an hour, I was able to complete my long overdue DIY project of an old cutlery showcase. After a good scrubbing of old stains, I simply had to dip my paint brush into the container and apply it 2 times, with the requisite time break between 2 coats. It's very easy to apply, spreads very smoothly and dries quickly. The comparative before-after pictures speaks for itself.

I bought this product to waterproof and beautify our wooden coffee table, and I got to work immediately after receiving it. I applied three layers according to the instructions and was very satisfied because it had no smell and was easy to use. Once I finished, I left the table for a few hours, but when I brought it back and my fingernail barely touched the surface, I saw that a piece completely peeled off... Unbelievable. If it were possible, I would return it, but I’ve used almost half of it. I'm not satisfied at all. Maybe it’s suitable for areas that don’t get much use. I don’t know.
