I am 5’3 will this fit me?

May be a little to large for 5’3’’. I’m 6’2’’ and it fit me perfectly

Dose it come with the fan

Yes, but in my case, the fan worked, but did not inflate the costume. I was very disappointed in this.

Can this product be returned if it does not work? I’m seeing conflicting reviews on returns.

Yes, I returned it with no problems.
