I love these Rubbermaid vented Food storage containers. It's perfect for reducing condensation while storing food. Don't need that feature? just close the vent. I regularly mix sourdough starter in my container and it works like a charm. They clean up well in the top shelf of my dishwasher. They are well made, sturdy, and versatile, and stackable . The lid snaps in place easily and stays closed, the red lid makes it easy to find in the refrigerator.

I use these in place of plastic bags. They are easy to wash and dry. I have a bunch. Three sizes, same lids. Other containers I have had had had a bunch of lids that were different sizes, and I lost them. These have 3 sizes that take the same lids. The lids stack nicely and the bowls, all 3 sizes, also stack. I had another set and they were all different sizes and did not stack. Took up a huge amount of storage space. All but 2, one that fits a cream cheese block and one for sausage in the freezer, are gone now. The 2 I have always live in the fridge, even when they are empty.
