That the pillow is very comfortable
I like the fact it has a cover supplied in case of a leak. I have never liked harder pillows but being able to add or reduce the water for the comfort level is something I will enjoy

Perfect fit and great for my neck
I have slipped disc in my lower back and also my neck is affected, have been looking around for an adjustable pillow and glad to find it on Amazon, hope to continue buying again.

My chiropractor recommended
My chiropractor recommended this pillow for me years ago and I never did get one so I bought one for my daughter for Christmas this year and my husband and they liked it so much that my other daughter bought her self one, and one for her boyfriend. My husband asked me how I knew about them and I told him that the chiropractor had recommended 1 years ago and he said well why did you buy everybody else one and not yourself so then I bought myself one. long story short everyone loves them and they do help immensely with my neck pain.

Grows on you
It took about a month to get used to this pillow. I have mine set to medium and my wife has hers on soft. They are super heavy! The biggest complaint I have is the off-gassing. I have difficulty breathing already and I really struggled with the fumes from the off-gassing.
