Loved this product, bought it a few times now. Kicks in about 30 mins after taking the capsule, and provides a great boost to energy levels and metabolism. Gives that final little push you need to go past your max. Also somehow the best value caffeine supplement on the market, and doesn't give you an expensive coffee addiction. Definitely recommend to anyone working out.

One of the best branded caffeine capsules. I actually used to feel a much of work load and then my brain used to fog around. This actually builds up the focus for 5+ hours straight and doesn't make you feel lazy pr lethargic for the rest of the day because of caffeine. Also note that don't take it after 6pm , i usually consume one pill after my lunch break so that whole the other employees are dozing off , I am working and working my ass off fully pumped up!! Great product!!

Just pop a tab and within 30 minutes, you'll feel laser-focused. I had to pull an all-nighter, and it kept me going the whole time. The only downside is that the tabs are a bit tough to swallow. If they were smaller and had a smoother coating, they'd be the ultimate productivity hack.

PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME IT IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS A WEAK STOMACH. I got the product today and I literally took one dose. Felt quite energetic for a hour and then I started getting nauseous and a migraine and puked like 2-3 times. This is literally my fault cos i didnt check the per capsule dosage and it's freaking 200mg. While this might be safe for some people , I would never recommend someone to take so much caffeine honestly. Please be aware of this and just stick to natural sources of stimulants. Learnt a lesson the hard way.

This is my second bottle of caffeine from Nutrija and it is just perfect for pre-workout. Pretty strong and effective. It gives me absolute focus and energy during workout. Also never had any bloating or uncomfortable feeling after having it. Obviously taking 200mg of caffeine is not going to let you sleep for atleast next six hours of you taking it. Much better than any other product at this price point. JUST GO FOR IT.

I am using nutrija producta from almost 6 months and the quality of the product is absolutely the best in the price range. This caffeine 200mg is easy to use and as a pre workout does the work as it should do and helps in focus in my workouta। I love this caffeine tablet as it is very effective staple in my pre workout nutrition. Gives better energy than single espresso shot. Bought it for travel purpose as a coffee addict. Works well.

It worked as intended, definitely had the energy but, later on i took 400mg but felt nothing, im not as enthusiastic and a little boost to help me get through my days quicker doesn’t hurt. Product works as intended and id say for the money I wished I bought some more for next month.
