Better than just drinking water I take 2 tea bags put it in a 2 liter water bottle and pour hot water drink through out the day even if its cold it taste good didn't really see any big health benefits But yes for stomach its good

Quality Rooibos at a good price
Good quality Rooibos. Ensure you have the water boiling, and then pour it over the rooibos leaves. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes to extract the maximum flavor. Ideally, it's 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup, this brings out the aroma nicely.

Bought it after hearing it’s gentle on stomach but it’s Not meant for sensitive system; had just once and didn’t dare try it again after dealing with the after effects for a full day
