Q: Can bend and not flake paint (still look good)? I need to afix the tie back on the wall 90degrees

The curtain hooks can be bent without the paint peeling off, but the curtain hooks are rigid and cannot be bent too hard.

Q: Can these be installed with a screw driver? I don’t own a drill. Thanks

No, you need a drill to drill the hole. Screwing it directly into anything but a wood panelling wall will just fall out over time.

Q: Would I be able to hang the rod onto this? Versus getting curtain brackets I like this look better and wanted to see if anyone has done that, ty!

I guess it could work. My only thought is how heavy the curtains because with regular brackets you have a better weight distribution and with these you only have the top with 2 screws. Hope this helps
