Not bad Not good.
It's not exactly 💯% Cajun flavoured but it won't disappoint you either. I would say it is missing the essence of herbs. Or maybe it's there but couldn't feel it. Having said that it's not bad either.

I have tasted this nourcery Cajun powder earlier from some of the local retail store this is genuine paprika powder 👍. Must buy if someone one is looking for the genuine Cajun powder . It tastes good.
