正方形断面。極太。
調べるとアブルッツォ料理で云々ということですが、スキルも無いまま興味本位で買ってみました。 包装袋の銘は「Spaghetto Quadrato 15B (Chitarra)」。 Quadratoの字のとおり、断面は正方形で2.2mm角です。 包装袋の印刷では13分、輸入元のシールの日本語表示では14～16分。 普通のスパゲッティのようにトマトソースで試してみましたが、濃厚で重めなソース でないと釣り合わないようです。もっと修行したいと思います。 味はパスタなのに田舎蕎麦のようにカドが舌に当たってくる食感は独特で新鮮です。 賞味期限まで25ヶ月の物でした。

形は普通の円いスパゲティではなくて、四角いですから、手作りみたいなものです。
