Great for beginers
I think this is a great book, however, you can do without this book. Also, you can Google search and find most of the information, but at the end of the book, she shares some recipes that you can imbibe in your day-to-day routine specifically Indian diets, so if you don’t know anything about gut at all, and you need all the information in one place as a That, this is a good read highly recommend

It explains the basic principles and talk about diseases that can occur due to bad gut and gives a diet plan and some recipes ( u can't follow the diet plan without prescription) and the recipe isn't of some special meal overall u can read it but don't expect a huge change

Great read for health nuts like me
I liked this book a lot. There was a lot of insight on why our body reacts to food the way it does. Our gut is the power house of our body and this book explains why we need to take care of it and how you can do that.

Obwohl in Englisch verfasst Lest es sich verständlich .ich. mag das Buchcover und hab jetzt ein besseres Bild über den Darm und dessen wirklich beachtlich große Aufgabe .
