SPIRITUAL BALANCING by DIANA BURNEY is the holy grail of spiritual books for living in the light. I have had the great pleasure of reading and working with Diana Burney’s two other books. Her third book SPIRITUAL BALANCING takes these teachings to another level. If you are a light worker this book is a must read. If you are just starting your spiritual journey, this book is a must read. As we ascend into a new consciousness levels, this book will give you the tools that will help your process and be filled with more grace and ease. Within just the first few pages there is a list of how to ease your awakening process. Ms. Burney gives the reader many ways to identify ascension symptoms and treat them with simple but effective tools. SPIRITUAL BALANCEING is filled with meditations, prayers and dietary suggestions that can help settle, calm and integrate consciousness shifts. There are affirmations to increase abundance, letting go of fear meditations, and instructions on how to clear you living space. There are deep dives into individual spiritual clearings as well as clearings for your home or property. There is a whole section on spiritual protection that goes into great detail. It also includes protections for those who are light workers and healers. There is another section on spiritual power tools that includes: visualizations, mantras, flower essences, aromatherapy and a full section of various crystals and their spiritual properties. Ms. Burney teaches you various prayers and talks about the best diet for those living in the light. She also teaches some soul recovery techniques that are fabulous and gives you the tools for clearing and balancing your field. Ms. Burney also includes a daily map of how to structure your spiritual day, a complete what to do and how to do it when you are in need of guidance for your spiritual routine. The last chapter is Earth Healings and gives prayers and decrees for helping Mother Earth on her healing journey. I truly can’t recommend this book enough for anyone who is deep into their spiritual journey or just embarking on it. I promise you will find many tools that will help you along your path. This book is spiritual balm, soothing, enlightening and above all full of love. Diana Burney's heart and love has been poured into this book and it is felt throughout. She has helped me to finally connect all the dots, so to speak. The spiritual journey can be lonely and without assistance one can feel rudderless, drifting along , making progress but at times feeling incredibly assaulted and interfered with. While the mainstream Christian traditions mention and warn of negative energies, they don't offer much practicable help in dealing with forces that can undermine and distract one from furthering our progress and fulfilling our divine purpose here on earth. In this book Diana Burney has provided a straightforward, detailed, precise and loving map, with instructions and practical guidance. This book has poked me, jostled me and finally awaken me to take the next simple step on my journey. The clearing process was the missing element for me. For years I have called in the white light, the angels and asked for assistance, always aware of "the resistance" underfoot, feeling it's presence and living with all the acute and generalized "diseases and malaise" it can produce in the body and mind. Knowing on a very basic level that I in my ego, couldn't and shouldn't confront it. I realize now how in my naivety, I was calling in all manner of "angels". Sensing that I was surrounded by all levels of disharmonic presences. When I read her introduction in her book Spiritual Clearings I knew instantly that is was what I was looking for. Her advisement and cautions are invaluable. Her emphasis on following the procedures are essential in protecting and establishing the proper connection to our I AM presence and SOURCE, on how to raise your vibration and explaining why it's so important for the safe and effective removal of negative energies. Her manner of explaining procedure and reminders of the service to Mankind is pivotal, as well as reassuring and comforting. Her explanations of the awakening process, The Ascension process along with the tools she provides and details, as well as her understanding and empathic guidance is illuminating. She is an extraordinary guide and instructor into the next step of development within the spiritual forward movement. The light has turned green!!! I can safely move forward with grace , confidence and love. I feel blessed in having encountered this book and will keep it close by always. Spiritual Balancing, A Guidebook for Living in the Light, is a comprehensive treatise on the historical, practical, and methodological history and practice of Spirituality in the United States. Cogently written and accessible to layperson and novice alike, Ms. Burney’s book provides the reader with the tools necessary to develop a personal spiritual practice offering the reader a trove of insight gleaned from decades of study and experience. She is a registered nurse, certified hypnotherapist, she holds Masters of Education from Cleveland State University and a Masters of Divinity. She is also a certified Reiki Master and teacher. Ms. Burney states that her ‘deepest desire is that the reader will appreciate the material in this book and find it of timeless value’. In my first read of Burney’s book, I found this to be exactly my experience. Dog-eared throughout, I quickly realized that this was the practical guide I’d been searching for. A compendium of detailed information on various meditation practices, the how-tos of clearing ones living space of negative energy, an in-depth understanding of Chakras, a plethora of Spiritual growth practices, and an entire chapter devoted to ‘spiritual tools are only some of what you’ll find. Together, the reader is provided with a rucksack full of achievable practices to guide one along the way. Throughout are stories from Diana Burney’s personal Spiritual journey. Her personal narratives provide insight into the seriousness with which Burney pursued what many assume to be of little import, a challenge faced when learning a particular religious practice in a country where over 70% of the population adheres to the dictates of a particular religion. Using her ‘principles of intention, visualization, faith, and affirmation’, one is guided toward a practice of intentional living grounded in self-sustaining principles of Spirituality. That these practices don’t rely on organized religion but on the capacity of each and every human being to define Spirituality for oneself, is also quite noteworthy. Whether one ascribes to Spirituality as a religious practice or the, at times, over-generalized descriptions of ‘symptoms’, the overwhelming good of this book is that it achieves its goal of providing valuable, detailed, instruction for reaching beyond the ego as a central and guiding principle of life. By attending to the life of the soul, we are encouraged to define our humanity; something that is of great importance if we are to find our way out of the societal, environmental, and political crises we now face. Diana Burney is phenomenal. Her books are easy to understand step-by-step instructions. I’m telling you to order this book. It’s phenomenal! And she gives you the ability to do these things yourself! Fully easy to understand step-by-step instructions I love this book it helps you to unblock your cash flow, clear yourself clear your home, how to deal with entities! So much information is jampacked in this book!

This book almost comes to life in the form of a spiritual fairy Godmother with encyclopedic insider information on life. It covers everything from eating the rainbow for nutritional health and clearing our living space for positive energy flow, to releasing limitations and accessing our divine blueprint. What is my divine blueprint? I believe it is the greatest question you may ever ask yourself. “Each of us is a unique piece of a huge jigsaw puzzle. No two pieces are alike, and each is integral to the whole picture”. Diana Burney It is a book that, like a loving guide, cares for us heart, mind, body and soul. We don’t always hear/listen to our guides but having access to such a reliable and steadfast reference book provides tremendous comfort and effective techniques at our finger tips, which can be put to work right away. Reading Spiritual Balancing taught me to relax enough about the process of life so that I could release my need for control and start to listen to my own guidance. It helped me gain a level of clarity whereby I could finally figure out what I should be doing with my life instead of giving in to my fears. I used the prayer for “aligning with our divine blueprint” on a daily basis, which asks that “my piece in the divine plan clearly be revealed to me NOW. “ The techniques in the book appear so simplistic that it seems there is no way they could ever work because we were raised to believe success required hard labor and sacrifice. However, the beauty of these techniques lies in their simplicity. The simplicity is what makes them effective. There is no padding. Diana’s message is to communicate the truth with love. When life gets hectic I always resort to this amazing guidance book. I will use the teachings in this book for years to come for my personal and spiritual growth, and share it with all those who need it.

I am not new to Diana Burney and her work. Have all of her books, use them as resource manuals for my work. Have posted a report on another of her books: Spiritual Clearings, a few years back. Now am happy to have Spiritual Balancing: Guidebook for Living in the Light. Very happy to offer my comments! It is very very complete and it offers us, the readers, very effective ways to keep our personal energy fields clean, clear and healthy. Spiritual Balancing is very well organized and filled with literally an arsenal of well researched and time proven methods to use on a no-nonsense way to help raise the vibration of our spaces. From our own body to our cars, to the land where we've built our home. On Chapter 9, Diana goes into a description of the psychology of dissociation ( which in Shamanic terms if SOUL LOSS ) -- how it can happen to why it might have happened during a period of one's life. She even provides you with a list of possible symptoms of Soul Loss one can use to get a stronger 'sense' of what can be happening with us, a client or a family member. Very accurate actually ! Also very important in this Chapter is her at length description of Soul Fragmentation in a human and how to help oneself in re-aligning, grounding and welcoming our fragmented soul parts back. She even touches on the concept of Stolen Soul Parts - and why this sometimes happens and WHY! Of this book, this is actually one of the most important parts because it guides us to how to bring those parts back into our bodies in order to experience wholeness and a much higher vibrational rate. I feel Spiritual Clearings is the sort of book one will read for content and understanding the first time ... and then keep close at hand as a beloved resource book ( Always )! Every part of it is actually a ' road map ' to living harmoniously with our communities as we all engage with the changes at hand in our World today. There are so many fantastic aspects to this wonderful jewel of a book, it is difficult to know where to begin to share. If you are looking for a great read that will help you move forward on your Spiritual Journey, Diana Burney's "Spiritual Balancing" is that book!! This beautiful book gives us all a detailed roadmap with a myriad of techniques, comprehensive exercises and methods to allow the reader to begin exactly where they are on their journey. It is truly timeless in its value to all who are willing to "listen" and apply these time-tested modalities. It is a book I am blessed to have found and would not want to be without. "Spiritual Balancing" is desperately needed now more than ever on our planet, covering topics to help us such as; "Eliminate Barriers", "Spiritual Protection","Divine Guidance", "Energy Mastery", "Coping With the the Ascension Process", "Earth Healings" and so much more. One of the amazing aspects of this book, and all of Diana's books for that matter, are that you can select exactly what you need at any given life juncture. This book is power packed with a wide array of techniques and meditations to allow various levels of spiritual advancement. Diana has provided comprehensive details from her life's work, on how we too can get unstuck and as she states, "make a decision to take a more productive path..."!! All we need do is "plug in" and get the process started right where we are. If you are interested and willing, these techniques will propel you forward. This book is a powerful Light to the world. It is a work of art and love. I am thrilled it found me and forever grateful.

I never finished reading the book with so many great reviews I looked forward to receiving it. She lost me on using grounding mats. I looked them up they are very expensive. Anyway, I meditate have a spiritual group I belong to and while I found similar experiences up to the point I read, like I said the grounding mats lost me. We all know how to ground!
