64oz Montecito Tamarind Beverage Concentrate, Tamarindo, Just Add Water (Pack of 1)

Although this concentrate is not 100% tamarind, it has a great taste. It's more sweet than tart without a bad aftertaste. I've topped shave ice with it to make tamarind snow cones that turn out delicious! It also mixes well with water to make refreshing tamarind water. Would recommend purchasing this for big events instead of going through the hassle of making this yourself. Also, do not purchase this product for more than $10 (since you can get it at S&F for around $6). Anything more is overpriced!

I like the idea on making my own and adding fresh fruit, the concentrated tamarindo gives me many of options.
