I was not sure what to expect with this as it looked some gimmicky. I used this on the range and it reinforced hipturn and lag. For fun, I kept it on and took it on the course. I was puring iron after iron and nutting one drive after another. I now use it every time I am at the range and also while hitting balls just before teeling off. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I've been hitting longer with the hip turn and my lag has improved. Highly reccomend this product!

Works as intended. Price in a little steep for the product quality

自宅で素振りに使用したほうが良いみたいです。 球を打っていたら手首に良くない感じでした。 でも右のヒンジ角をキープが出来ない人には良い器具だと思います。 ボールを挟むとか両脇になんかするタイプのゴミ練習器具よりはマシではないかな

Directions and pictures for use need work. I never used it. Luckily not too expensive.
