My fave hair dye 😍
I've been dying my hair black since I was in seventh grade. I've tried many different shades/brands and this one is my favorite. It is DARK. When they named it "blackest black" they weren't kidding. It does not fade quickly at all. My roots grow out before the dyed hair softens in color. The fruit oils make it smell great, not like that old school hair dye chemical stench. It also leaves my hair feeling really soft for a bit right after use, which none of the others did. If anything they made the texture of my hair worse. Not this one. (Also. Some of you... wow. Hair dye reviews often annoy me because it's like okay you're either allergic or don't know what you're doing because that makes no sense lmao. Do not mix it and then leave it for HOURS with the top closed. What did you think was going to happen. 🤦🏻♀️ And don't tell me it's dangerous because it burned your skin. You must have sensitive skin or you're allergic to something in it because me and SEVERAL other people never had that problem.)

Title: Excellent Coverage and Vibrant Color
I've been using Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Creme for a while now, and it never disappoints. This particular shade, 11 Blackest Black, provides 100% gray coverage and leaves my hair looking vibrant and shiny. **Pros:** 1. **100% Gray Coverage:** This product truly covers every strand of gray hair, which is a game-changer for me. 2. **Vibrant Color:** The blackest black shade is rich and deep, giving my hair a natural and healthy look. 3. **Nourishing Formula:** My hair feels soft and nourished after each application, thanks to the avocado, olive, and shea oils in the formula. 4. **Easy Application:** The instructions are clear, and the application process is straightforward. The cream formula ensures there's no dripping, making it mess-free. 5. **Long-Lasting:** The color lasts for weeks without fading, maintaining its intensity and shine. **Cons:** 1. **Strong Scent:** The product has a strong scent during application, but it fades after rinsing. Overall, I highly recommend Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Creme for anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use hair color that provides excellent gray coverage and leaves hair looking vibrant and healthy.

Blackest black.
I’ve only box dyed my hair a couple of times but never tried black so I was a bit anxious to try this as my wedding is in a month. My hair is very long and fairly thick (hip length). The two boxes saturated my entire head of hair. I previously had fire engine red in my hair and the black has no problem covering that up as well as my dark brown roots. My hair feels very soft and not too damaged considering how much I have bleached and dyed it. I only let it process about 15 minutes because it took me so long to apply it to all my hair that I didn’t want it to sit too long on the starting pieces but that didn’t effect the results at all. The smell was bearable even in my tiny bathroom (window open, fan on, door open). Part B was hard to squeeze out of the tube especially while wearing a dye covered glove so I would recommend mixing both boxes of dye before you start dying your hair. The instructions recommend using conditioner on areas of skin that might come in contact with the dye to prevent staining, which I did. However that didn’t seem to make a difference, I am covered in light brownish stains, so use Vaseline not conditioner. After I washed my hair and conditioned it with the conditioner provided (which was very thick and detangled my hair amazingly I love that conditioner) it did not bleed onto my towel, which is great considering my previous color of red absolutely ruined my towels no matter how much I washed my hair. My friends all love the color and say I’m in my morticia addams era.

Great for beards
Wife showed me this product, and I really like it. I use it to hide the gray in my beard. Other dyes cause a reaction on my skin, this does not. While it isn't a permanent dye , it holds well in my beard for several days. It looks natural and blends in well. I recommend this product to anyone who can't use other dyes ..

Closest match to my natural color
I had a regretful experience a few months ago that left the top of my virgin hair brassy after a botched balayage treatment and had a different hair dresser dye my hair back to black. I've been to Hawaii since then and the dye had faded to reveal reminants of that initial botched color. I was on the fence about using this dye and thought it might be better to just pay $85 and have a professional do it but ...I'm a student and I think it's unfair to pay that much money for a color treatment that is similar to my current color. The reviews for peppercorn blackest black #11 were not very reassuring so I took a big risk with this dye having never used it before. I'm pretty happy with the result even though this color is a shade or two darker than my natural color. It's definitely not as intense as my last black dying experience with a hairdresser, and there are no annoying blue hues. I have medium/long fine hair and one box was enough, but I have a second box for when/if I may need to dye it again. Dying hair by yourself is messy so make sure you have everything you need including extra gloves, newspapers, and old clothes before you get started. I would recommend this to anyone in the same position as me who has naturally very dark brown hair and needs a touch up or enhancement. My hair still feels healthy, looks soft and happy, and I don't mind the smell that much. Even though there isn't ammonia, these are still strong chemicals so be cautious and work in a well ventilated area. Cheers!
