Old India Garlic Granules Large 100g

This does not replace fresh garlic, but in slow cooked it heavily spiced food, these are convenient and good quality.

I love these garlic granules, they give nice garlic flavour to your dishes and less or more depending how much garlic flavour you prefer. I am almost finished 500g of garlic granules and planing to order more this time a bigger package. I use it in almost every savory dish that I make because it is easy and I don't need to peel the fresh garlic. I think that the price is quite cheap for the amount you get and it lasts quite a while as well. Definitely recommend for those that use a lot of garlic and wants a quick way to add some garlic to your everyday meals.

Great dehydrated garlic granules , I used these for my Chinese cooking, all you need to do is rehydrate them and fry them off a little and add to sauces & noodles , well most Chinese takeaway dishes really, tasty garlic flavour and have a slight crunch similar to a waterchesnut once hydrated, you get so much in a 250g bag. This will last me for a very long time, Perfect!

A really good buy - so versatile and effective in many dishes. (Important, though to avoid adding too early to high temperature cooking, like frying, etc. as burnt garlic is not too welcome!. Last minute, tho', works very well, its flavour still nicely achieved)
