I’ve been taking this Astaxanthin supplement daily and have really noticed a difference in my skin radiance and overall energy. The 12 mg dose feels strong but gentle, and the addition of MCT oil makes it easy on my stomach. I appreciate that it’s clean, minimal ingredients without the extras. I noticed the last week or so that my skin looks a lot better! Sometimes I get rashes but I've noticed a more even tone. I'll add some photos of before and after. For reference, I'm 48 years old. I do a lot of different things to help my skin health (collagen, infra-red light, ect- these help a lot) and this is the only things that's made a marked difference in a looong time. That said, the difference are subtle but I haven't had a rash lately and in full daylight I've noticed a tighter quality to my skin. As for health benefits, winter is hard on my immune system (plus I have underlying medical issues) so I'm not sure about efficacy there, but am assuming it must be helping since my skin is changing. All this to say, I'm really loving this product and especially the fact that it's not sourced from shellfish (they eat poop) but rather algae. 100% RECOMMEND! *one of the photos is a side view showing the bumpy rash I used to have, another is my skin two months ago where I see more uneven skin tone and shine, and another was taken tonight... but I also had a hard time uploading so there's a slight chance I posted two recent photos. If I did, I'll try to come back and edit.

Quality seems better than other brands I’ve gotten prior - price was right - I’ve seen these for almost 1.00 each - they are small and easy to swallow so ease of use was good. No bad after taste noted- my energy level is better, I notice less joint pain and my skin has improved - I have a mild tan like color after taking these - I’ve been on them for about 3 months Will repurchase as i find them effective.

I’m sure this is healthy for the body and beneficial but I just haven’t seen results (tan or glowing skin) as promised by media. No negative side affects and still taking the supplements after three months. For reference, I’m so white I glow in the dark; melanin challenged for sure!

Excellent quality for such a fair price! It seems as soon as the health and wellness industry discovers a new darling it immediately triples in price. I love the Micro Ingredients brand for keeping prices manageable while delivering high quality supplements. Astaxanthin is an absolute powerhouse antioxidant, it needs to be taken with a bit of fat so I take it in the morning with my omegas and a spoon of olive oil or a couple bites of yogurt. The only thing is reaching into the bag will leave your hand orange. So I pour some into an amber glass jar and put the rest in my fridge. You only need one a day. Love❤️

Good product. One of several that actually passed lab results, many others didn't, there is a great youtube video that explains everything. I would warn that there is a TON of counterfeit product on ebay. I'm assuming it's counterfeit because it goes for around $9 for 120. Same story with neuro-mag(magnesium threonate) from life extension.

Easy to swallow and suspect there is a good anti-inflammatory effect

You get what you pay for… I’ve tried 2 brands, although this comes with a lot it’s questionable quality & you should count them to make sure you get all of them like other comments say…shorted yes :( but didn’t care enough to contact but I will leave a review… price great ,12mg 🧐? Improvement yes! I would consider this a budget friendly option:)
