Hard to know if they’re working but hopefully. I will say these are a God send if you are someone like me who struggles massively to swallow multivitamins. The capsules actually make them fully digestible with no horrible after effects.

Made my sickness worse
Made my sickness 10 x worse. I stopped taking them and replaced them with the NHS sure start vitamins and immediately my sickness has decreased. I took them at night before bed and would wake up ok ish and then have crippling nausea and vomiting all day.

Great pregnancy vitamin
Used these vitamins for the whole first trimester didn’t find them to big and didn’t make me sick now in my third trimester still using proceive really like how natural they are compared to others

Pro: 1. I have difficulty eating meat and eggs, so I wanted a supplement with B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. 2. The ingredients are adjusted to each trimester. Con: 1. It’s pricier compared to other popular brands. 2. I had to take them before bed because I couldn’t tolerate the smell/taste.

Great product
Great product, no bad taste and have used them all and the conception ones in 2 pregnancies with omega 3. Have felt really nourished and I think it’s helped my fatigue in both pregnancies so I think it’s a good product, just had 12 week scan so feel good. I also like that they tailor the product for each stage of pregnancy
