would this brace work for my 11 year old who has a 24 1/2 inch waste?

that size waist would be to me kind of small to the size of brace they make and if they make a smaller size I would really believe it would work... I wear mine when I have to stand for a long period... my spine is broke in two places (lower back and neck) and this brace really holds me up and I give this brace 10 stars..... t
