I don't see photo of the package with ingredients list, what are the ingredients?

Purified water, glycerin, benzoyl alcohol, aloe barbadensis, chamomile recutita, lavendula augustifolia, benzoyl acid, dehydroacetic acid, naturally derived Shea butter and coconut hydroxyl, citric acid, allantion, acrylic, caprice triglyceride, vitamin E are the ingredients. I have sensitive skin and I have never had any issue with these wipes.

Are these safe for septic systems?

Yes, I read that they are, as long as you don't use more than one per flush. My daughter has a septic system and has used them for a year without any problems.

What does it smell like? Is it coconut scent?

No, it is not a heavy scent, and not any discernable coconut. More like a fresh outdoor type of fragrance, and closer to what she's butter smells like, I think. It is very pleasant.
