These nose pads fit the eye glasses perfectly and bond strongly to the eye glasses. If you have a low nose bridge, I would recommend the 2.5 mm thickness option as they will keep the glasses on the nose without slipping down. They blend really well with the eye glassed and do not look like something added on! They are more expensive than similar items on Amazon but these do not stay on the eye glasses well. I will update this review if there is any downsize later on.

Long time glasses wearer, got my first plastic frames a couple years ago and learned quickly that not all will sit on your nose properly. So glad I found these! A couple of points I've learned from using the GMS Optical brand of nose pads: 1. Clean your frames with non-oily or non-residue products before putting the pads on your glasses. I like to use an alcohol pad then I wipe with a damp paper towel and let dry before putting on a fresh pair. Any residue on your frames will cause the adhesive to breakdown faster. 2. You get a better (longer) attachment if you do not touch the adhesive when installing. I use a pair of tweezers to help position them. 3. They are NOT permanent. You will have to replace every so many weeks/months depending on things like how oily your skin is, if you sweat a lot, makeup usage, etc. 4. Make sure to position them evenly/at the same height to ensure your glasses sit evenly. 5. The gummy-gluey back will start to pill up the longer you have them on. This is usually an indication that the adhesive is wearing down and your pads will soon need replaced. 6. Do not use alcohol based products to clean your glasses as it can get on the pads and start to break down the adhesive. I use warm, soapy water and a cotton cloth to clean and minimize scratching. If you have read this entire review, thank you! My work is slow in December, so I use the time to review my Amazon purchases, which helps fill the time that I am required to be at the office instead of home curled up with my dogs.

I bought a pair of glasses that would slide down my nose which meant they did not sit properly on my face. This was affecting my ability to see clearly. Putting these nose pads on helped a lot. The glasses do not slip as much anymore and make them wearable. However, as the day goes on, you will need to take a tissue and wipe the pads off. Oils from your skin , makeup, or moisturizer collect on the pads and affect their ability to keep your glasses in place. After a few weeks, you may need to replace the pads with a new set because the adhesive wears down. However, the adhesive comes off cleanly and does not leave a sticky residue on your glasses which is good. Just clean your glasses and stick on a new pair. I also tried the foam nose pads but those did not work well at all as far as keeping my glasses in place. I would recommend these over the foam ones.

It does works for a few weeks and then it does not hold up well so you have to keep changing it. Overall itโs not long lasting.
