Does the vest move when running?

The vest moves minimally when running. I tend to run only 2 to 3 miles when wearing the vest. Occasionally, it might irritate my neck but that’s not often.

I do not machine wash mine. I actually spray mine off with a garden hose. Even when you take out all of the weights it’s still too heavy, in my opinion, to be washed in a washing machine.
